In line with its customer-driven strategy AXA Corporate Solutions created the Account Management (AM) function and approach to further enhance proximity with clients.


Account Managers have a transversal vision of the client and are his preferred entry point to the AXA Corporate Solutions’ experts in the various lines of business and service departments. On the basis of in-depth knowledge of the client, its business activities, development goals and strategy, Account Managers work with the lines of business and services to define a dedicated account strategy. Account Managers set up a dedicated team of specialists for each client, depending on the client’s needs (lines of business/services), and coordinate the actions of the client team.

Account Managers help to make every department, line of business and service of AXA Corporate Solutions that has contact with the client more responsive.
