This is part of creating a sustainable, long-term business, and becoming the preferred company for our customers, employees and other stakeholders.
The current environment has created a lot of distrust but has also confirmed the need for robust and responsible companies. I believe that it is important now to re-emphasize how Corporate Responsibility is an integral part of how we want to operate. AXA Corporate Solutions Strategy in terms of Corporate Responsibility
Not a temporary trend, but definitely a strong and long-term approach for which companies are becoming more and more liable with regards to their acts and their results, sustainable development calls for new loss prevention solutions and risk management policies.
AXA Corporate Solutions aims at raising awareness amongst its customers when underwriting, claims handling and implementing loss prevention strategies.
This includes the « societal » part of sustainable development, which covers health, personnel safety, but also environment and liability.

Casualty
The Casualty line of business offers a very comprehensive product liability which can include image rehabilitation costs. As an exclusive product offered by AXA Corporate Solutions, ECOSPHERE was launched in 2006 in order to meet the requirements of the market in terms of environmental protection. This modular and open-ended product offers specially tailored cover to companies according to their specific needs : environmental damage civil liability, environmental liability, expenses (depollution of soils and waters, decontamination of tangible and intangible property) and operating losses.
Construction
The Construction line of business offers a reinsurance capacity in the field of "green energies" through the TIP (Technical Innovative Pool) gathering several subsidiaries of the AXA Group among which AXA Corporate Solutions.
Motor
AXA Corporate Solutions updated the SCOPE tool it built to prevent road accidents by encouraging safe driving : the Eco-drive module was developed and added, devoted to softer, slower driving habits. The objective of
is dual : reduce CO² emissions and lower the rates of road accidents.
Property
The cover policy of AXA Corporate Solutions is based on a sound knowledge of the professions and sites of its clients. Each year, when the contract is renewed, its engineers carry out site visits. This mutually beneficial partnership follows the principle of sustainable development : the preventive actions that AXA Corporate Solutions recommends to its clients allow them to undertake their activities while limiting their environmental, social and economic risks. In return, these activities offer a better risk/profitability ratio for the insurance company.
Specialty lines
The promotion of sustainable development is an essential component of the culture of the AXA Corporate Solutions Specialty teams (Marine, Aviation and space) which limit their offer to good quality risks. By making a rigorous selection of risks, which in Marine insurance includes a technical analysis by former crew members, AXA Corporate Solutions reserves its policies to shipping players actively concerned by the safety of their operations and which in this way limit the likelihood of claims.
