Within the AXA Group "Ambition 2012" strategic plan aiming at becoming "the preferred company", AXA Corporate Solutions launched by the end of 2006 a survey among 60 European Risk Managers, clients and prospects in France, Germany and United Kingdom, representing all sectors of industry and services.
Conducted by the GFK institute, this survey was meant to identify clients’ needs and expectations thus to determine axis of improvement and development of new products and services.
In the light of the survey results, AXA Corporate Solutions presented its first Commitments to its clients and brokers in January 2007 covering various domains such as Underwriting, Risk consulting, Claims management, International network, Account management and Communication.
Since then Commitments have been assessed and carried on each year in France, Germany, UK and Switzerland.
