In 2007 AXA Corporate Solutions launched our ‘UK Client Commitments’. These ‘commitments’ were distilled from the findings of Europe wide research into Risk Managers’ needs in terms of service improvement and new products and subsequently tailored to the specific needs of the UK market.
We are committed to being reliable, available and attentive to the needs of our clients. Each of the promises we make via our customer commitments supports this goal. However, simply making promises is not the end of the process ; we are determined to redefine standards through ‘saying what we do and doing what we say’. As part of the accountability process we publish an annual update of our ‘Commitments’ which not only sets out our performance against published commitments but, perhaps more importantly, looks to the future in terms of ongoing and new commitments.
