AXA Corporate Solutions’ revenues are 100% brokers based
The local and international broker relations are one of the essential pillars of AXA Corporate Solutions strategy based on proximity, reliability and mutual confidence. Therefore AXA Corporate Solutions focuses on regular meetings with brokers in order to follow their current issues, needs and further developments.
Four types of approaches for European brokers exist : international, national with network, domestic, specialty lines brokers.
Moreover the development of relationships is built at all levels, from governance to administration :

- Administration and Policy Quality Management
Dedicated Brokers relationship managers
The business relationship with the main brokers is facilitated by specifically designated Brokers relationship managers in France, the UK and Germany.
Their mission is to have an overall view of the relationship with the concerned broker, in all lines of business in a given country, and to follow-up the action plans established by common agreement.
This activity is coordinated by the Regional Commercial Managers in the AXA Corporate Solutions branches.
Dedicated survey to improve the Brokers relationship management
One of the novelties in 2010 was the survey AXA Corporate Solutions conducted on its P&C brokers in France : Tell Us ! Brokers. In a first time, AXA Corporate Solutions assigned them dedicated coordinators by line of business, to ensure
- greater proximity,
- rapidity of response,
- and efficiency.
This promise comes from a need expressed by brokers during this survey, who feel that the key to success between the insurer and the broker resides in the quality of their relationship.
In these lines of business, brokers are critical partners of both large corporations and those who insure large corporate risks. In the close and trust-based relationships that is developed and maintained with brokers over the long term, it goes without saying that AXA Corporate Solutions is committed to them.
So in response to the needs expressed via the Tell Us ! Brokers survey, which solicited feedback and input from P&C brokers in France, AXA Corporate Solutions will be rolling out action plans intended to produce improvements in several specific areas.
