Network rules : why ?
Our well structured international network of member companies is organized around a set of Network rules which aim to provide our customers with the same level of understanding about international programs’ implementation all over the world thanks to AXA International Management Charter and cooperation agreements.
Network rules : three major issues
- Underwriting and Policy Quality Management : policy issuance, minimum premiums, remuneration, reinsurance flows, renewal, accelerated captive procedure, reporting
- Claims : handling procedures, denial or declinature of a claim, delegation threshold for current losses, large and complex claims process, serial product liability claims, cash call, motor claims, reporting needs
- Accounting : remittance of premium, cash call, financial reporting
Network rules : how ?
A complete set of regularly updated documentation, including our submission forms, our loss advice and reporting sheets, is used by all our Network members in the objective of securing our communication flows and avoiding misunderstandings.
